Assistance with SSI/SSDI assistance from a public benefits specialist. Oregon birth certificate requests, transportation to appointments. Phone access, direct express cards, Assurance/Lifeline phones, and food stamps. Helps clients sign up for the Oregon Health Plan and purchasing private insurance through www.healthcare.gov. Walk in during open hours. Assistance is available by phone until 2 p.m.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
